Evanslea Tariffs and Conditions:

Standard Rates range from $225 to $400 per night; discount rates and special package offers are also available.

Our B&B rate includes breakfast on each morning of your stay; either served in our poolside breakfast room in the main house, or delivered to your cottage as a breakfast basket.

Discounts available for self-contained, mid-week stays & long stays (3 consecutive nights or longer).  Corporate midweek rates are also available - contact us for details.

Booking terms and conditions
By making a booking directly with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
> 50% deposit at time of booking.
> If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
> Full tariff will be charged if cancellation is less than 7 days or failure to arrive.
> Deposit is refundable less admin fee of 30% if cancelled more than14 days prior to arrival.
> Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair/replacements to the cottage for damage during their stay.
> No smoking allowed in cottages but smokers may use the ashtrays outside.
> A fee of $100 applies for check-outs after 12pm, unless prior arrangments have been made.
By making a booking via our online booking facility, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
> Full payment of total amount is required at time of booking.
> If cancellation occursxup tox14 daysxprior toxarrival, a refund less an administration fee equal to 30% of the total amount will be issued.
> Full tariff will be charged if cancellation is less than 7 days or failure to arrive.
